Exquisite! Artistic! Avant Garde! Sophisticated! Not adjectives normally associated with gruff old goat Amitabh Bachchan. But this is the sort of stuff he spouts in his latest blog entry as he takes the leisurely route home through Europe after the remaining dates on his Unforgettable Tour were cancelled due to poor sales. He's talking about Paris, by the way.
He drifts on in reverie, words spilling out of him in his usual, stream of consciousness, almost nonsensical style. The man is getting old, we can forgive him a little fuzziness.
"...fragrance that never seems to end...dripping with unimaginable culture and art and aesthetics...I walk in the streets here with an unusual bounce in my step...I first came here in the 80’s. Its 08’s now. A reversal mathematically and materially too has taken place. The 8 and 0, has become the 0 and 8. I do not know what the feeling hidden inside is..."Then, in a staggering tour de force of awesome blogging skills, he discusses and disects, in florid, curlicued language:
- Racial equality in France
- The origin of human kind from Africa
- The cognizant offense of racial intolerance at the Chelsea game
- Territorial rights, ethnic rights, rights of communities and their creeds and casts and religions and their beliefs
- The one constant activity prevalent in the world - how to destroy a fellow human. Psychologically, physically, metaphorically.
- His appearance of on the cover of the inaugural issue of fashion magazine L’Official
- Designer settings and ambiance, exotic couture garments
- How people of still camera renown 'shall shoot him from various angles at various locations'
- Natural calamities, the suffering of our brothers and sisters in Bihar
- How the system gives names to these terrible natural devastation occurrences.
All that, plus 'some awefull pictures with my mobile' of the Eiffel Tower to look forward to...
What are you waiting for?!
